Welcome to my second 2-week recap of the 90-Day Comeback Challenge! Since the last update, we’ve continued to work hard, made significant progress, and experienced a week-long trip in Europe. Day 20: Spending Time with Important People

On Day 20, I emphasized the value of spending time with important people in our lives. After a successful Inner Circle Event in Munich, I spent time with my family in South Tyrol and visited my parents. An interesting statistic mentioned was that after the age of 18, we spend nearly 80-90% of our total time with our parents. These moments are precious and should be consciously enjoyed. I also mentioned the upcoming launch of my new book “The Value Formula”.

On Day 21, I reflected on attending a VIP Networking Event in South Tyrol. The main question was whether the price of such events is justified and what benefits can be derived from them. While lectures are useful, the true value lies in the deep conversations and long-term connections made. On Day 31, the topic was the different types of employee compensation. There are three main forms: salary, stock options, and commissions. Each has its pros and cons. Salary offers financial stability but can be costly for the company. Stock options provide long-term gains but carry risks. Commissions are performance-based and motivating. Finding the right balance between these forms of compensation is essential.
