Day 89 of 90: My Work-Life-Balance – After the Challenge

Welcome to Day 89 of the 90-Day Comeback Challenge. Today I’m sharing my thoughts on work-life balance. These last few months have been an intense time for me, focusing almost exclusively on my business. But now, at the end of this journey, it’s time to reflect on it.

Reflection and Decisions Over the Past Months

Over the past 11 months, I’ve made many decisions that I believe were extremely good. Of course, there were a few that were less so, but overall, I’m satisfied. I’ve consulted with my team, my wife, friends, and even my lawyer, and I’ve found that, for the most part, I made the right choices. Without these decisions, my business wouldn’t be where it is today. I’m glad I made the sacrifices necessary to achieve this success, even though it wasn’t always easy.

Focusing on Myself and My Health

Now that the intense phase is behind me, I want to refocus on myself. This means not just having business on my mind all the time, but also paying attention to my health. It’s time to start exercising regularly again, eating healthy, and taking care of my physical fitness. I want to shed some fat, bring my six-pack back, and recharge my energy. Since my last Berlin Marathon, I’ve struggled with health issues, and it’s time to fully recover from them.

Time for Personal Interests and Family

Besides focusing on my health, I want to spend more time on my personal interests and with my family. There are many exciting medical topics that interest me, and I’m looking forward to diving back into them. I also want to spend more time with my kids. They’re now two and four years old and are growing up so fast. It’s important to me to be a part of their lives, whether it’s swimming, biking, or just playing together.

Spending time with my wife is also crucial. We’re planning date nights and small trips to nurture our relationship. These little moments are what make life so special. And of course, I also want to spend more time with friends, whether it’s golfing or simply enjoying a relaxed coffee chat.

Conclusion: What Really Matters

At the end of the day, life is about having unforgettable times with the right people. These moments could be with family, friends, or even during hard work in the business. However, in the coming weeks, I’m going to consciously pull back and focus on the truly important things in life. I’ll be less active on social media and YouTube, and instead, I’ll dedicate my time to the people who matter most to me.

I hope you can take something valuable from my experiences. If you have any tips or suggestions, feel free to let me know. I’ll keep you updated, and we’ll catch up in one of my next videos. Until then, I wish you a great time and a good work-life balance!
